The Journey Begins

Supra Academy’s girls soccer program offers a variety of structured programs throughout the year for players looking to train and compete year-round (spring & fall season). Our program is built around Supra’s progressive training methodology that’s specifically designed to accelerate the growth of the individual. Girls will be exposed to Club and Academy League competition in addition to local and travel tournaments.

Skills Development

Our girls develop core skills (passing, dribbling, and shooting) that will help them succeed on game days.

Liked-Minded Players

Our players are grouped based on ability (not necessarily by age) so that every girl is able to learn and develop at their own pace.

Player Performance App

Access to our player performance application that helps players continuously monitor their development.

Athletic development

As part of the Supra DNA of player development, we build a strong athletic foundation of speed, agility, explosive power and strength that translate to the game.

Coaching

Professional coaching with many years of proven experience in developing players.

Games and Tournaments

Our girls are exposed to various levels of competitions locally and internationally.

Technology

Access to individualized (clipped) game recordings (VEO).

Richmond Full-Time Academy (U7-U12)

Our Richmond girls train three (3) days a week on Tuesday, Thursday, and Fridays. In addition to the training, players are able to participate in 2 games a week (club games & academy league games. The club games are optional.

Surrey Flex Training (U7-U12)

Our Surrey training schedule is a two (2) day program that runs on Monday and Wednesday. This seasonal programming provides players the flexibility to enjoy the same advantages as the Full-Time academy with less training commitment.

Skills Centres (U7-U12)

We offer additional skill training one (1) day a week for U7-U12 girls looking to learn new skills. This option is available on Mondays in Surrey and Tuesdays in Richmond. Skill Centre registration does not include games.
